Fernanda Kellogg is president of The Tiffany & Co. Foundation, established in 2000. She was
appointed to this position in 2004. In her role, Ms. Kellogg oversees the Foundation’s mission
to provide grants to nonprofit organizations dedicated to the education and preservation of
the arts and environmental conservation. Support is also given to cultural institutions that
foster design and the decorative arts and preserve traditional artisanship. In addition, the
Foundation assists organizations dedicated to conservation of natural resources from which
the company draws the materials and inspiration that are at the heart of Tiffany design.
Ms. Kellogg joined Tiffany in 1984 as director of retail marketing and was promoted to vice president two years later. In 1990, she was appointed group vice president of public relations. Since 2007 she has devoted her attention full-time to The Tiffany & Co. Foundation.
Ms. Kellogg is a member of the executive committee of the Bard Graduate Center for Studies in the Decorative Arts, Design, and Culture, a member of the board of the Girl Scout Council of Greater New York, and is an advisory board member of Nina McLemore LLC. She was also a co-chairman of The New York Botanical Garden "Orchid Dinner" in 2005 and 2006.
Mr. Kowalski was named president of The Tiffany & Co. Foundation with its establishment in 2000 and held the position until 2004, when he became a board member. The Foundation supports nonprofit organizations dedicated to the preservation of the arts and environmental conservation.
In addition, he serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Tiffany & Co. He was appointed president of Tiffany & Co. in January 1996, assumed the role of chief executive officer in February 1999, and was appointed chairman in January 2003.
Mr. Kowalski also serves on the Board of Directors of The Bank of New York Mellon, the board of Jewelers of America, and the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology.
He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard University.
Mr. Quinn was named to the board of The Tiffany & Co. Foundation with its establishment in 2000.
The Foundation supports nonprofit organizations dedicated to the preservation of the arts and environmental conservation.
Mr. Quinn is also president of Tiffany & Co., a position he has held since 2003. From 1992
to 1998 he was executive vice president and then became vice chairman, a position he held until his appointment as president. He was named to the company's Board of Directors in 1995.
An active participant in business and civic organizations, Mr. Quinn serves on the Board of
Directors of BNY Hamilton Funds Inc. and Mutual of America Capital Management. He is also chairman of the Fifth Avenue Association, a trustee of the Museum of the City of New York and serves as chairman of the North American Advisory Board for the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
James N. Fernandez was named to the board of The Tiffany & Co. Foundation with its founding in 2000. The Foundation supports nonprofit organizations dedicated to the preservation of the arts and environmental conservation.
In addition, Mr. Fernandez is executive vice president and chief
financial officer of Tiffany & Co. In this role, he has overall
responsibility for all financial functions as well as investor
relations, information technology, distribution, manufacturing,
and Tiffany's diamond and gemstone division.
Mr. Fernandez graduated from Pace University in 1978, where he received a B.B.A. in accounting. He received an M.B.A. in corporate finance from Fordham University in 1982. He is a C.P.A. and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International, the Institute of Management Accountants and the National Association of Corporate Directors. Mr. Fernandez has served on the Board of Directors of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation since 2004. He also serves on the regional Advisory Boards of JP Morgan Chase and FM Global, and on Fordham University’s Schools of Business Advisory Board.
Patrick Dorsey was named to the board of The Tiffany & Co. Foundation with its establishment in 2000. The Foundation supports nonprofit organizations dedicated to the preservation of the arts and environmental conservation.
Mr. Dorsey also serves as senior vice president of the legal affairs department and the secretary and general counsel for Tiffany & Co. In this position, he is responsible for all legal issues for Tiffany worldwide.
Before joining Tiffany, Mr. Dorsey served as senior corporate attorney and group counsel for The Perkin-Elmer Corporation and as an attorney in private practice. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
Karen Sharp is vice president of the Tiffany & Co. legal department and an assistant secretary of Tiffany & Co. and several Tiffany subsidiaries. Ms. Sharp’s areas of responsibility include real estate, operations, treasury/finance, securities and corporate transactions (domestic and international).
Before joining Tiffany in 1999, Ms. Sharp served as counsel for
the Equity Products Division of MBL Life Assurance Corporation,
the successor to the Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company; and
was also in private practice for ten years, with a focus in
particular on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate
transactions; and capital formation and finance, including the public
offering and private placement of securities and ’34 Act
compliance.
Ms. Sharp received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law and her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Mike Connolly is the Vice President – Treasurer of Tiffany & Co., the world renowned jeweler
and specialty retailer with retail stores and manufacturing facilities throughout the US, Europe,
Asia and Latin America.
Having been with Tiffany & Co. for over 18 years, Mike's primary areas of responsibility
include Treasury Operations, Taxation, Risk Management and Insurance. He is also a member of the
Tiffany pension, enterprise risk management, incident management, business continuity, security
and safety committees.
Mr. Connolly is a graduate of Catholic University of America with a BA in Accounting and Economics and
has his MBA in accounting from Montclair University. He is currently on the Board of Directors of
the Association of Financial Professional and is a member of the Tax Executives Institute and the
Risk and Insurance Management Society.
Anisa Kamadoli Costa is director of the Tiffany & Co. Foundation, where she oversees grantmaking in environmental conservation and arts education and preservation. Prior to joining Tiffany & Co., Ms. Costa worked at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, an international grantmaking foundation. She has also worked at J.P. Morgan & Co. (now J.P. Morgan Chase), Monitor Group and the U.S. Mission to the United Nations.
Ms. Costa serves on the board of the Environmental Grantmakers
Association, an affinity group composed of more than 220
foundations representing over $550 million in grantmaking. In
addition, Ms. Costa is an honorary fellow of the Foreign Policy
Association and serves as a member of the New York Regional
Association of Grantmakers' Committee on Members. She holds a
bachelor’s degree from Barnard College and a master's degree from Columbia
University's School of International and Public Affairs.
