Karen Sharp is vice president of the Tiffany & Co. legal department and an assistant secretary of Tiffany & Co. and several Tiffany subsidiaries. Ms. Sharp's areas of responsibility include real estate, operations, treasury/finance, securities and corporate transactions (domestic and international).

Before joining Tiffany in 1999, Ms. Sharp served as counsel for the Equity Products Division of MBL Life Assurance Corporation, the successor to the Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company; and was also in private practice for ten years, with a focus in particular on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions; and capital formation and finance, including the public offering and private placement of securities and '34 Act compliance.

Ms. Sharp received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law and her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
