Tess Bone is Program Associate at The Tiffany & Co. Foundation and Program
Associate – Sustainability at Tiffany & Co. Prior to joining Tiffany & Co., Tess was Manager of Accreditation Projects and Planning at Social Accountability Accreditation Services, a nonprofit which oversees implementation of human rights standards in global supply chains. During her graduate studies, Tess conducted research for UN University in New York City and for the United Nations Mission in Kosovo, where she analyzed local conflict and natural resource management. Previously, Tess was Regional Coordinator and Field Consultant in Nicaragua for Community Empowerment Solutions, a nonprofit that develops local social enterprises to bring needed services to rural villages.

Tess holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), where she focused on international human rights and corporate social responsibility.
