Anisa Kamadoli Costa has been appointed President of The Tiffany & Co. Foundation, effective September 1, 2010. Fernanda Kellogg, who has worked at Tiffany for over 25 years and has led the Foundation since its inception in 2000, will serve as Chair of the Board.

In her role as Chair, Fernanda will continue to work with the Foundation in an advisory capacity, allowing it to continue to benefit from her many years of philanthropic experience. Fernanda has had a long and illustrious career with Tiffany & Co. Joining the company in 1984, she was instrumental in building and leading Tiffany & Co.'s worldwide public relations through many major milestones, including establishing The Tiffany & Co. Foundation.

Anisa joined Tiffany & Co. from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund in 2003. In addition to her appointment as President of The Tiffany & Co. Foundation, Anisa holds the title of Vice President - Corporate Social Responsibility at Tiffany & Co. Anisa is a leader in several external philanthropic organizations, including currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board of the Environmental Grantmakers Association. Anisa holds a bachelor's degree from Barnard College/Columbia University and a master's degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.

Speaking about the evolution of the Foundation's leadership, Michael Kowalski, Chairman and CEO of Tiffany & Co. and board member of The Tiffany & Co. Foundation, noted: "The Board of The Tiffany & Co. Foundation is extremely fortunate to have someone with Anisa's enormous capabilities to succeed Fernanda Kellogg in the executive leadership role. Under Fernanda's inspired leadership, the first 10 years of the Foundation's existence has been a time of enormous creativity and achievement.
